Being close to UNILAG, our area is bustling. Security is tight due to campus patrols. Power supply is good, often exceeding 20 hours daily. Water is readily available from both public supply and boreholes. The road is well-maintained. Internet connectivity is excellent, with multiple providers offering high-speed services
