the area is quiet with no record of floods so far, roads are tarred and very secured , a montesorri school is alaso located in this area as well, water is readily available to residents.

I just love this particular vicinity with its peaceful surroundings, steady power supply, gated and secured environment also has a private polytechnic located there which makes it even more enticing , surulere local government office is also situated in this area, road is tarred and at its best condition, cleanliness is 100%, no floods as well, and water is readily available.
