Light comes fairly often, water is easy to get. The road needs serious work... too many potholes and stones, walking or driving through can be stressful. But the area is lively and people mind their business, so it still holds up.

This road used to be one of the best in the neighborhood but it need reconstruction now, water supply is alright.
