The road is motorable just with some rough spots. Electricity is steady most times. The street is peaceful but just little noise from some cars and from kids playing

The road is fairly okay but with some potholes. Power is manageable tho it’s not 24/7. Water supply is through boreholes

I have staying here for a while now, It’s been a good experience here and enjoying my stay. The road is fair and wide enough for cars, it’s sometimes clean just some litters near tutorial centers. Good internet, busy during the day because of students and it’s always quiet at night

Its a calm and student-friendly and young youths area with a mix of learning centres, hostels, and a few tech spaces like Bincom (a very nice place). The internet is quite reliable. Power supply isn’t steady, using inverter would help. Water mostly comes from boreholes, but it’s manageable if you're staying in a well-serviced apartment.

I've been on Anthony Ajayi Street for over three years. It's a calm area, and the proximity to tech hubs like Bincom Dev Center is a plus. Power supply is relatively stable, and it's easy to navigate to other parts of Lagos from here.

Living here is quite convenient. The street is peaceful, and I have my boutique just a few steps away. It's easy to get to Unilag and other parts of Yaba. The environment feels safe, and the neighbors are friendly.
