The street is safe and private. Less noise, steady light ,tho not constant but good enough. Internet services are fast. Road is good.

I like how tucked in this close is, less traffic noise and a bit of peace after work. Light dey, not perfect but better than many places. Small shops around for essentials. I fit jog around here on weekends, no wahala.
