Living on Abudu Street in Abule Oja, Yaba, has its ups and downs. Security-wise, it's relatively calm, especially with the presence of security personnel in some serviced apartments nearby . Electricity can be erratic, though some buildings have centralized generators to cushion the impact. Water supply isn't always reliable, so many residents rely on boreholes or water vendors. The road condition is fair but could use some maintenance, as potholes tend to appear after heavy rains. Internet connectivity is decent, thanks to Yaba's status as a tech hub, but occasional slowdowns do occur.

Since the road reconstruction started, movement has improved, but the dust is a nuisance. Power supply is erratic; we get about 10 hours daily. Many rely on boreholes for water. Internet via MTN is decent, though it slows during peak hours.
