Very good network mtn airtel get strong signals here the electricity supply is one of the best so your day to day activity isn't affected and so water supply isn't a problem either as there's good power supply

security is tight and stable over here except for times when they are observing ORO or andy diabolical stuff tho they give warning of not coming out at a specified period of time , power is stable , water is readily available to residents, road is in good condition.

the nepa light here isnt stable at all and i wont even advice my enemies to live this kind of vicinity, tho security is stable but roads are bad and water isnt readily available to residents.

This place is very peaceful, it is like an estate, when you are out of the gate, you are not safe.The light is incredible, if it spoils, it can be fixed very fast except on weekends. The water is very clean too. Your only problem might just be who your landlord is 🙃
