Living in Idi-ArabaSurulere, Lagos
Idi-Araba is LUTH territory: the teaching hospital and college of medicine anchor the area, and much of its rental demand comes from medical students and staff. Reviews average 3.0 across 25 ratings. Network (3.7) is the best score and power manages 3.2, but the bottom of the table is rough: drainage during rain (2.5) and street cleanliness (2.0) draw the sharpest complaints. Convenient if your life revolves around LUTH; inspect the drainage before you sign.

The power supply isnt great and security is cool. Road tends to flood sometimes due to bad road and bad drainage system. Internet is good and water is good too
The street is a mess. No good drainage system which leads to flooding in the street. The only good part is there are important amenities around like the hospital and supermarkets and others. Internet is good. Same goes to power
a nice place to reside, it has a lot of newly developed amenities there, stable power supply with good roads, it's also a busy area

The road is fair. Street is full of vibes, security is not so tight as we depend on ourselves and God for safety. Power is fair. Water supply is normal. Internet is good
